Jen welcomes everyone with a ready smile at the Churchill House front desk. She is already ready to help and makes everyone feel good. And the dining room staff at Churchill House make an amazing team! Rona, Sharon, Murtaza and Norya are all kind and helpful. They always make us feel welcome when we visit our mum and we enjoy the pleasant banter with them. On my birthday, they went out of their way to decorate the table, bring a special dessert with a candle, and sing happy birthday, making our family party very special. They take a personal interest in our mum and are always attentive. Thank you to the staff for making Churchill House a place where Mum is happy and we are able to continue family get togethers.

Our Aunt & Uncle moved into this retirement home. It was challenging for my husband and I to deal with their declining health and numerous delays with Vancouver Coastal Health. The Churchill staff was always amazingly supportive. In particular, Jennifer on reception would listen to us and all our frustrations. It was what we really needed in the moment. She would often have us laughing by the end of our chats. Can’t thank her enough for listening and understanding.

My father-in-law recently moved to Churchill House and is loving it. His modern one bedroom with a city view made it hard to dislike. The staff are so warm and helpful and have been very kind in helping him settle in. He loves the food and has not once said he misses his old house. We are so pleased for him to have round this wonderful place!
