We've been working with Chartwell for several years now and I have to say, the staff is extremely friendly and on top of maintaining the building! We handle the flooring installs within the building and the staff makes a notable effort to keep things up to date, clean and offers new carpet installed with each suite turnover! Keep up the great work!

Chartwell DeerView Crossing has such a welcoming, homey feel. Everyone is friendly and it always feels lively and positive. The Lifestyle Manager (I think her name is Lili?) is awesome! She is super involved, and genuinely cares about the residents. The activities are fun, well planned, and you can tell a lot of love goes into them. It’s a great place where people feel comfortable and happy 🩷

My cousins moved my elder uncle to this retirement home and they have nothing but good things to say. I visited recently and the staff were all very welcoming and my uncle seemed very happy and like he was enjoying himself. He is making friends, he enjoys the food and he loves the environment they are cultivating at Deerview. He has a lot of fun with the activities and programs that the Lifestyle Programs manager Lili has going! She is very charming and welcoming just like the rest of the staff. Highly recommend!
