Care givers are all excellent. And all staff have been totally welcoming. Our adjustment to living here has been made much easier by all the staff treating us more like family than guests

My mom has been living at Eau Claire Residence for the past 2 years and at 92 years young, she's happy, content, feels safe and loves her caregivers. Their compassion, dedication and care goes way beyond what I had imagined when it came time to have our mom live in a care residence. My personal gratitude goes to mom's LPN, Celestina, her daily careworker, Marites, and Dr. Aucoin. They treat her with dignity and we all appreciate that. I'd be remiss not to mention Mary-Lou, who always ensures mom receives the right meals that we choose from the many menu options available. All of the staff on the floor are always smiling and happy, you can tell that they have a true passion for the work they do. If you are in the process of looking at Care Residences for a friend or family member, I would highly recommend Chartwell Eau Claire. Our whole family has peace of mind that mom is in the best place she could be!

Driving my brother home just 2 weeks after he moved into Chartwell Eau Claire, this “man of few words,” as we pulled up to the front door, enthusiastically proclaimer “Home Sweet Home!” And he continues to feel the same now almost 2 years later. My husband and I remain so very grateful to have found such a wonderful place with the best of staff. Truly blessed! Brenda White
