One of the best decisions in my life was to move to NES. The management and staff are creating a wonderful community. We do not just feel safe, but enjoy the camaraderie, activities, great meals as well. The area is a dream. Walking to the river, to good restaurants, swimming pool. Some people are scared about the idea of retirement home,I can only suggest, com ena dsee it yourselves.

We visited a wonderful place to retire when we will be ready to sell our house. Great location, (easily access to a grocery, shops, and pathways for walking, etc,). Also the different facilities, specially the library and outdoor área. The staff is very friendly and people all around looked content and happy. Liz , the retirement living consultant was very helpful in coordinating the visit, prior emails and follow-up information such as style of bedrooms, menu and activities schedules.

A family member of mine moved into Chartwell NES not long ago, and since day one we've been impressed with the facility, services and staff. My relative encountered a difficult situation recently, and Slobodan and other NES staff were faced with some challenging logistics as a result. They were both highly efficient and kind as they sorted things out. On behalf of my family, thank you, NES folks!
