In August 2025, I moved my mother to the Chartwell Robert Speck Retirement Residence. When I took the tour with Bianca, I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere and quality of the community. I love the bright, spacious suites. They feel welcoming, comfortable, and have so much natural light. Really, a warm, inviting place for residents to call home. The beautiful courtyard gardens, another highlight. Well maintained and so peaceful. Great for walking, relaxing, and enjoying nature. It adds to the residence’s charm and sense of tranquility. The staff really stands out. Bianca, Gianne, Monica, Nadine are some of the ones I've met. They're friendly, caring, professional and always ready to help. Overall, Chartwell Robert Speck is a warm, vibrant community, with beautiful surroundings, great amenities, fun events and exceptional staff. I would move in if I could and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive retirement residence.

We did a lot of research and read many reviews before deciding as a family that Chartwell would be the best fit. From the moment Bianca gave us a tour, we felt confident in our decision. Now, after a couple of months of my grandmother living here, we can honestly say we have absolutely no regrets. The staff have been welcoming, caring, and supportive throughout the entire transition. A special thank you to Monica (Office Manager) Giorella (Wellness Manager) and Bianca (Tour guide/Retirement living consultant) for making this move such a positive experience for our family. We’re truly grateful to have found such an amazing place.

We have had a very positive experience with Chartwell Robert Speck. From the start, the initial tour was informative and never felt rushed. The team took the time to answer all of our questions, which really helped us feel comfortable. Dad is receiving excellent care and support. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and keep in regular contact with us, which we truly appreciate. He also really enjoys the food and participates in activities, which makes his stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we are very impressed and are grateful for the level of care and professionalism provided. Highly recommend.
