My friend Anna has a reclining chair. This chair was moved from thec5 floor to the 4 floor. The adaptor to maneuver it was NOT there. I ask the maintenance guy and he did not find IT?????? Where it is? I need it in order to function the chair.

I have a family member living here. The management have not kept on top of repairs needed. Her apartment is roasting hot in the summer months, so hot it's hard to breathe. The building is very old, so not fitted with central air. The window air conditioner has never worked. We brought in two for her to use, because despite her requests for a functioning air conditioner she never received one. Her stove didn't work from the day she moved it. She was told by maintenance that they could switch it out. It was switched to another one that also didn't work. They said they had no other options for her. So, we bought her a new stove. There were no safety rails in the washroom to prevent falls. They said it was not their responsibility. So, I installed the safety rails. Had I known what she was moving into I would not have agreed to the move. I would give only one star, but I guess for affordable living and a roof over her head they can have another star.

We are 150 miles away and have been trying to get in touch with a family member for a week, their phone must be off the hook, but no one will go and check. We have called over a dozen times for assistance, left messages and we have since found out that our family member was in the hospital. They called us, but Chelsey Park will not help at all. Almost ONE WEEK we have been trying to get in touch and no answer. Its a long treck to London but seems we have no choice as we are getting ZERO assistance from anyone at Chesley Park. Seems management has changed or something, it used to be very good service. What happened and why is everyone so unhelpful?
