I live there for now. I’m currently in the hospital, my family called see if they could deliver my wheelchair …they said no even though they have a wheelchair bus available. It just sits. So I have to take a $300 ambulance..That’s just the tip of the iceberg. If you care for your loved ones Find someplace where patient care matters

Our family’s experience here was awful. My grandmother was in this facility for only 15 days, and in that short time, there were 6 separate incidents of neglect and poor care. We had to pull her out immediately for her safety. If you care about your loved ones, look elsewhere.

The staff show compassion, empathy and love. There was always an effort to make my mother comfortable and happy as her abilities and communication skills gradually decreased. I was amazed at how Kirsten could be so cheerful every day, regardless of circumstances. Tyla always greeted me by name whenever she saw me. All staff were pleasant and accommodating, supplying whatever my mom needed. I enjoyed all the music and talents shared by staff. My family was very happy with CDSCH and when my mom was able, she also readily complimented the staff members!
