I was contacted by City Health Care Services about a job opportunity and was provided with orientation dates. I prepared and waited for further instructions, but after that, I never received any follow-up call or communication. I understand hiring processes can change, but not informing applicants is unprofessional and frustrating. Better communication would really help improve the experience for future candidates. They wasted my time, energy and money. If there is rating in minus (-) i would give them that..

It has been an amazing experience working with Aman. He is very professional, super prompt but best of all he has a lot of compassion and empathy for my mother's situation. 100% suited to his role within care services. My sister and I are mom's caregivers and we have reached out to City Healthcare Services multiple times for additional support, we truly feel heard with this company. Thank you Aman for understanding our unique needs, advising us on so many aspects of care and scheduling care so swiftly.
