On the whole over the many years, I've found your staff helpful and courteous, always ready to serve as much as you could. But I've been encountering this one staff, a young man name Christian, who is stationed at the side door, that every time when I interact with him, he's attitude is not willing to serve. He hates to leave the desk, his demeanor is expressionless or unwilling. In a senior home where you serve senior and their family who always need help, the staff should always be courteous and willing. I've encountered him over at least a year, and I always come away feeling I've intruded in his time. This should never be.
