Young parents talk about their kids. Middle aged kids talk about their parents. I’m the latter. I have yet to talk to anyone in my friend group that is having an easy time with this stage in their parent’s life. In my case I’m an only child, my mom is gone, and I live outside of Canada. The call came. My dad wasn’t dying but he was being admitted to the hospital. With one phone call, Sohail of ComForCare assigned a trained Professional Care Worker, who instantly became part of the family and began visiting my dad. The match has been essential, competent, and has held the gap while Assisted Living has been arranged, and I could arrange my life to be there. In every way, through every step of the past two weeks, Sohail has returned my calls, kept me informed, and communicated with our Care Person. This has made all the difference to a proper transition for my Dad. Billing was clear, efficient and fair. I cannot recommend ComForCare enough. Now I can be the one who says to my friends, and other Saskatoon family members, “Don’t worry. Things work out. Call ComForCare.” Thank you! Thank you!

ComForCare have recently provided compassion, patience and trustworthy home care to our parents who both have dementia and are still living together. Sohail and his Home Care Team are very respectful and work hard to give the very best care possible. Their attitudes are positive and they understand how to keep difficult situations for our parents, calm and comfortable. It is reassuring to know their care are in good hands.

ComForCare was a big help for my grandfather. They helped him get in and out of bed safely, kept his home clean, and even helped with groceries. Their caregivers were kind, dependable, and treated him with respect. Our family really appreciated the support and peace of mind they gave us. Thank you ComForCare!!
