I hired comfort Keepers in confidence, so i thought! not at all! since when are nurses aid ALLOWED TO FALL ASLEEP ON THE JOB???? MY VULNERABLE SENIOR FATHER JUST CAME HOME FROM HOSPITAL AND THEY WERE SOOOO NICE IT WAS FAKE JUST TO GET OUR MONEY..AFTER THEY CHARGED OUR CARD THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS. I ESCALATED HARPEEET THAT SHE ON PURPOSE CHOOSE TO US MY PARENTS COUCH AS A BED WHEN SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKING ON MY FATHER.. THE CASE WORKER SENT ME A VERY RUDE EMAIL NO APOLOGY OR EVEN ADMITTING THAT SHE WENT TO SLEEP JUST A VERY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND DON'T HIRE THEM! THERE ARE SOOO MANY OTHER COMPANIES IN WINNIPEG!

Absolutely amazing company. I have never seen a company be as welcoming and family oriented as they are. The support and care they put in with their clients is the best. Always going above and beyond. Would and have recommended this company to everyone I know that needs care.
