  I can not say enough good things about this team. I live out of town and needed immediate assistance. Shona was able to arrange her schedule, meet my mother, assess her needs, and have the perfect person on site within 24 hours. When she said "She's my mother now, too." I new we made the right choice. The management staff seems to be available 7 days per week. Tania reached out over the weekend, several times, to ensure we had what was required. They have also been extremely flexible. We had to make changes, on very short notice. These were accommodated with great courtesy . Most importantly, the caregiver, Joanne, was amazing. She was scheduled to be with our mother from 6pm..9pm. My mother, unexpectedly, needed to go to the hospital. Joanne stayed with my mother until almost 3:00 a.m., when the ambulance finally arrived!! No hesitation! To top it off, the next morning, Joanne called to check to see how my mother was doing. When I explained the situation to Tania, I obviously wanted to provide a tip to Joanne for her unprecedented kindness. She explained, "We do not accept tips." Need I say more?

  We recently traveled to Vancouver and contracted Comfort Keepers to provide my husband's morning care. From the time I contacted Ethan till the end of the service, everything was handled professionally and promptly. I like the fact that they scheduled the same caregiver throughout the duration of our stay in Vancouver. Shivraj the young man is very serious to his assignment. He showed up on time, polite and patient to my husband's requests, and delightfully performed his duties according to the care plan. Because of the reliable service Comfort Keepers provided, we started our day with the right tune and enjoyed our trip very much. If we ever come to Vancouver again, we definitely will contract Comfort Keepers.

  Our family contacted Heather Martin, of Comfort Keepers, as we were looking for a customized care plan for our mother. Heather was compassionate, understanding and put a personalized plan for her care. We would all like to extend a big thank you and appreciation to Heather personally and professionally. When one reaches a cross road like this, life becomes difficult. Heather simplified our lives so much and would highly recommend Comfort Keepers, Heather and their services. The staff were very friendly, polite and made our mother comfortable. ❤️
