Compassion Network is a small unique caregiving business that has been really working closely with me to design a care program for my husband who is a high needs client. Both Lily and Katrina work closely with me trying to take into account My scheduling needs and in particular, Brian’s needs. They also work hard to match the appropriate caregiver to the home in terms of caregiving capacities, compassion, and compatibility. They’re very willing to adjust scheduling as new needs come up, which is really Important in our situation. I’m very appreciative for their flexibility and ongoing support and also their professionalism. I am really very happy with their work with us

I can't say enough good things about the Compassion Network. They were a lifesaver when we needed home care for my grandma, providing incredibly timely, yet caring support right from the start. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking compassionate and reliable home care.

My parents are elderly and live on their own. Mom has dementia and my Dad does everything. They needed help but resisted because of a previous bad experience (not Compassion). Compassion has been absolutely great. We are so relieved to have found this company! We now have one person coming 3 times a week for Mom and someone else does a thorough cleaning every second week. It has made a huge difference for all of us. My parents look and feel so much better. When I call Compassion I speak with the same people. There isn’t any run around. We had a different person instead of the regular cleaner and she wasn’t good. I called, they listened and she won’t be back. I was impressed by the way I was listened to and the questions they asked. They want feedback because they want us happy with their service. I highly recommend this company. We couldn’t be happier!
