Cummer Lodge is a truly exceptional long-term care facility. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure every resident feels seen, valued, and genuinely cared for. What stands out most is the thoughtful, individualized attention they give to each person—care plans aren’t just routines, but compassionate, well-considered approaches tailored to every resident’s needs, preferences, and personality. The team’s warmth, professionalism, and dedication create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and deeply respectful. Cummer Lodge embodies what quality long-term care should be, and families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in such capable and caring hands. Special thanks to Dr. Zeldin, Gianna and the rest of the nurses and care teams. You all made my father's last couple of years significantly better than we could have hoped for.

My mom has been in Cummer Lodge for 6 months now and it has been a godsend. Nothing but good things to say about it. Prior to this she was being shuffled around in one hospital after another, great peace of mind when she was finally admitted.

Your attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of your residents is truly remarkable. I have been particularly impressed with the way you have handled the unique challenges of caring for individuals with specialized needs.
