The staff were nothing but outstanding taking care of my mom and all of her needs. My mom passed away April 2, 2025. I can’t say enough of how well they care about the Residents. The staff are genuine people and if you are looking for a great place for a family member, Dearness is the Place.

My sister Barbara McCallum was there for over a year was treated with respect and dignity. She loved everyone. Enjoy herself wish she would of went there earlier. She lived all alone. I am so grateful to everyone there. Thank you all for being so kind to my sister. Ross and Denise cook point edward

If you are looking to volunteer here please keep in mind that it is a sent free zone and smokers would probably not get in. The residents are allergic to offensive smells. They would love to have musicians come in and cheer the residents up. Their life is depressing. Even staff said so.
