My parents too made a life lease loan when living at Devonshire. Vacated the suite end of April 2022; $320,000 (their money) yet to be repaid. They thought their money was safe but sadly the reputation and trust is currently in tatters.

My mom was required to buy a life lease with the understanding that when she terminated her lease she would get 92% back. She passed away in early 2022 and we have been sitting in a queue since then. Sadly we are among the 55 people waiting. It is my understanding that no one at Devonshire has been paid back since May of 2023
