My father was there for 2 years. There care he received with the butterfly care method greatly improved his remaining time. It is not a fancy place but the care is exceptional!

I took a tour of this facility today. Mike was very patient and thorough answering all of my questions. The location looks lovely and one resident chimed in with how much she loved being there. It has definitely put my mind at ease at the possibility of having a family member as a resident.

While doing tours off places for Dad to go live, we came across Dundurn Place Care Centre. Upon calling Mike the Administration Coordinator we were invited to take a tour of the centre's facilities and specific floors pertaining to the level of care needed for Dad. The entire place was active and vibrant, full of smiling faces and staff who looked happy and engaged with their tasks, the decor really can't be put into words it was that amazing, it needs to be seen. We really loved that with only minutes to prepare Mike was ready to give us a tour complete with information packets to go.
