I would like to express ++ positive graditude regarding my experience with in home supports for my father through the New Glasgow Office. Phyllis and Lisa helped me build a safe and positive care team that supported my father everyday so he could continue to live in his home safely. The journey with dementia is not easy but Phyllis and Lisa helped me understand the disease, helped me advocate for resources, supported difficult moments, and stood my my father so he could live his best life in his own home. I highly recommend Earth Angels and thank them for their care and support :).

Great team of core staff working at the office. Earth Angels takes care of their employees and clients, and checks in to make sure we have the support we need. I've had great experiences working with clients, and the staff aim to match us with clients suited to our skillset and personalities. I even got mailed a birthday card, which shows that a gesture of kindness shows a lot of consideration.

Hope this place takes care of their clients better than their staff. They harassed me to take a job that didn't exist. Promised all kinds of work. For training they put me with high maintenance clients, who already had full-time care. I was bad mouthed by one of this care givers who told lies. Catherine did not even have a conversation with me but ambushed me and cancelled any work that I could have done. I wasn't even allowed to speak, yet my clients were delighted with my services and professional nature. The government really need to step up and monitor these places
