My grandma has been living here for quite some time, at least five years now. At first it was a lovely place, lots of aid and good service. Not so much now. It is not the same. Different management I assume and possible cutbacks. There were staffs that took care and the time to watch the seniors back years ago. I saw the trend over the years the staffs have gotten worse and even worse after the lock down of COVID it seems. We paid for the laundry service that cost $80 a month. That’s nearly $1000 a year! For some reason she’s not getting the same amount of clothes returned back. The clothes are even labeled. Ridiculous...Not only that, she was missing a blanket. The only blanket she had was maybe 1cm thick. Certainly not warm enough! I bet your blanket is thicker than that. Such cold hearted. I hope all the seniors are being fed adequately. There we days I’ve seen lots of untouched food.
