I am extremely pleased with the Ember staff. They have been attentive to our needs as a family, supportive for my mom in a difficult time, and have acted as professional caregivers and advocates for my dad while in long term care. I would highly recommend them as the management is approachable, reachable and responsive.

After contacting a number of other home care agencies, I reached out to Ember and was immediately very impressed with the professionalism and compassion during my first phone call. That was quickly followed by an in-person meeting with senior management, where I was given a clear explanation of the services they provide. Not only were they able to meet my needs, but they offered even more support than I had expected. I was struck by the kindness, empathy, and professionalism of the Ember management team. They even went the extra mile to introduce me to potential caregivers in person so that I could decide who would be the right fit for me. This personal touch made all the difference. Before switching from public home care to the client-directed home care invoicing model, I struggled with caregivers not showing up on time—or sometimes not at all. With Ember, I have experienced the complete opposite. Their caregivers are reliable, highly qualified, and most importantly, kind and empathetic. As a 65-year-old male living with multiple sclerosis, I require daily assistance with incontinence care and transfers from my bed to my power wheelchair and from my power wheelchair back to bed. Ember’s caregivers handle these tasks with skill, dignity, and genuine care. Ember has truly gone beyond my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, professional, and compassionate home care.
