  I am current long term client of entrust disability services diagnosed with invisible autism . The experience I have had with your is a Direct contradiction on Facebook also to your public statements on also diversity and inclusion the core issue is your Organization systemic failure to provide Stable consistent support. This is not a preference it is a fundamental requirement For my well being and for my non visible autism. The Constant instability and also unpredictable Scheduling like having to wait anxiously for a critical any staff to also . And The also. lack of consistency is what makes your also your Facebook post or also in general feel like a lie in some way . Also on diversity and inclusivity and sometimes some staff members Will sometimes dismiss my feelings and by saying just ignore it. When I am upset and and the one thing I am happy about with my invisible autism is I have PRN in the group home with entrust disability services to calm down and that’s the only thing I am happy about but nothing else and also the Ultimate consequences is I start to blame myself feel like it’s my fault And please figure something out please and thank you so that it’s also matches between with what entrust disability services says about those amazing things like diversity and inclusivity and please make it match for all clients and thank you and also Best regards Feliks Tkachuk Client at entrust disability services at group home called cove

  Our 43 year old daughter has been in the care of Entrust Disability Services for the past 2 years. As aging parents it was a difficult decision, however from the very first meeting we were at ease to entrusting our daughter to their Care. Management, administration-Danica, Justin Service Manager, House Managers & staff in the home have all put our family ease and have given us peace of mind. Communication is always open - Our daughter is well cared for and her needs appear to be met. The room is always clean and she is well adjusted and comfortable in the home. She is always happy to return to the home when she returns from a home visit with her parents As caregivers they have made a difference in not only her life but ours as well. Very grateful for the kindness and support shown by Entrust Disability Services

  I live next to one of their homes and we've spoken to the staff a handful of times about this. They give one of the adults they're caring for cannabis and alcohol and he sits in the backyard scream/crying all day and night. We have a clear view of his chair and there's easily 5-10 beer cans sitting beside him at any time. I feel bad for him , he is literally wailing at 12:40am this is unacceptable neglect for both his and the neighbors well being. It has been going on for a year and some at this point....
