My dad was moved here from hospital, after he never recovered from his stroke. He was on the second floor and the Nurses, health care aids, and staff were amazing. He was so happy when he got to this home, he felt like he was at his own home and relaxed. When I had questions for the nurse, doctor or my social worker Jessica, they where all promt with answers. My dad enjoyed the food, I love how they would post up on the wall what was for dinner and upcoming. I must say for a home, I was impressed how great the food was and the options the chef provided. They had great entertainment, Elvis impersonator myself and my dad enjoyed. Always fun time, relaxing home, and very caring staff! Unfortunately my dad was only thier for 3 months as he passed away. I must say, his last 3 months of his life were the happiest I seen him since he hit hospital. Thank you to all the staff for all your hard work and dedication to your jobs! This is a great place!

Our family was very concerned about choosing a home for Dad but the staff here were very welcoming and approachable answering all our questions and concerns. During my dads end of life time they were so caring and helpful making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed the nursing and care aides were amazing and we are very grateful to them for our families care .

My mother is a resident of Heritage 2nd floor. The staff is very caring (Mom can be difficult), the place is spotlessly clean and the food good. Staff are very responsive to resident needs. They serve the needs of the residents and protect them despite some very difficult residents making that a onerous task. Managing as many dementia patients as they have, the staff deserves kudos. Shoutouts to Jas, Hershey, Carole, Aman, Hardeep, Josh, Stephanie, Meily, Jessie, Jessica C , Kristen. Fatima and others (excuse me if I spelled names incorrectly)
