I cannot express enough how grateful our family is for the exceptional care my father-in-law received at Extendacare Kildonan Personal Care Home. From the moment we first visited, we were welcomed with warmth and compassion, which continued throughout his entire stay. The staff at Kildonan are not only professional but truly go above and beyond to make each resident feel like family.

Our experience with Extendicare Kildonan Personal Care Home has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff were amazing—caring, attentive, and always eager to help not only my dad but also us as visitors. Most of the staff are good but there are a few that shouldn’t be there. My brother sits in his dirty diaper for over a hour my dad is in there also. He’s constantly telling them to do something for him. some of the staff are very rude and uncaring. I have no idea why they work if they’re so miserable. Go get a job where you don’t have to care for people. Because caring is your job !!!
