Lots of stuff owned by our family member who is a resident in this place, goes missing. Place is not very clean either. One time a soiled pants was left by the dresser of our family member. It's not even our family member's pants. Our family member has Alzheimer's and twice he was able to get out the building without someone noticing, glad he was found 😞

The staff are amazing at Poseidon. They were warm, friendly, and tentative and made my Mom feel special. We know the facility was older and she had to share a room, but the staff made up for this shortcoming. She was in there during Covid and the FaceTime visits were always on time. We did move our mom to a place with her own room but would totally recommend Poseidon

I go to many different care homes due to the nature of my work. I love the staff here and the residents love it too. It is an older building and there can be a lot of maintenance issues. However it is the people who make the care phenomenal. From the Executive director to the housekeeping the people here make the residents feel happy, welcome and cared for. I hear it constantly from the residents themselves "I am spoiled here" or "they treat me like gold". I would trust putting a family member in this home.
