I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Ridgeview for the love, compassion, and care you gave my mom over the past almost five years. A very special thank you to the team at Earland Lee Home. You didn’t just care for her, you truly lived with her in those moments. From dancing and colouring together, to making her midnight snacks and sitting with her on the nights she couldn’t sleep… those moments mean more to me than I can ever fully express. In the last few days of her life, the care you showed went beyond your roles. The way you checked in on her, spoke to her, kissed her, and comforted her with such tenderness will stay with me forever. Hearing how much you’ll miss her feistiness, her voice, and even the moments when she’d yell or give a playful smack, it reminds me that she was truly known and loved by all of you. Thank you to Inderjit, Ramanpreet, Nkem Savanah, Charanjit, Catharine, Nazma, Mandeep, Krissie, Tamara, Rhodelyn, Harleen, Merna, faith, Anissa, Patricia, Nektar, Jona, Cassandra, Donna, Rosanna, Rebecca and my apologizes if I missed anyone. A special thank you to Serena and Jessica who my mom always thought were her granddaughters. You all always be in my heart, and I am forever grateful to each and every one of you. Such a wonderful LTC facility. Everyone is friendly and the care they give to my mom is second to none. I go a few times a week at different times and going into her room when staff doesn’t know I’m there I hear how kind they are to my mom is so reassuring.

Very pleasant environment and great staff! They just recently had a wonderful barbecue event with some classic cars, entertainment, and a petting zoo!
