My Mom and Dad both were at GT. Both both received very professional and loving care. Dad always commented on how the staff always treated him so well. Both of them were involved in activities that kept them as busy as they wanted to be. Management was very helpful in coordination of various services available to Mom and Dad. Thankyou to all who had helped Mom and Dad enjoy their final years

My husband was in the home for 5 1/2 years with dementia. The excellent care he received in the second floor east, was excellent. The girls did more than they could to help out and to make my husband comfortable. God bless all of you, and thank you

I am still bothered to this day that procedures were not followed because someone, I was told, didn’t put signage indicating my mother needed a lift to go to the washroom. I cannot imagine the pain my mother went through when she was dropped onto a toilet by someone not using the lift; and broke her hip. This incident happened in 2021. I believe there was an investigation but I was never told of the outcome of the investigation. This wasn’t an accident; this was negligence.
