Caring for my dad was supported by having this team by our side; Gary and Toni made all the difference. They provided such thoughtful personal care, always treated him with dignity and respect, and the companionship they offered truly brightened his days. It means so much to our family to know he was not only well cared for, but also genuinely valued and not alone. We’re incredibly thankful for GenaCare Family Support.

Genacare staff, especially Gary and Toni, are excellent at assessing care needs and developing customized care routines, with lots of time outdoors, in nature, playing games, personal care, pet care, errands, and mentoring the family on dementia care techniques. They're always calm, helpful and sincerely love what they do! As mum says when they arrive "thank God you're here!"

I have been using GenaCare to provide a companion for my wife. The companion is a wonderful lady. She takes my wife to various places once a week, while I also have a chance to do things on my own. The principal Toni is always accessible and has been very helpful. I would have no problem in recommending GenaCare to provide respite care services
