My mom ( Seeta K.) was placed here after we were no longer able to give her the care and attention she needed at home. So far the experience has professional and pleasant as the staff has been helpful to us and my mom - the staff is also co-operative and informs us immediately of any changes or incidents. My mom, her room and bed is usually always clean and tidy when we arrive at various times and days to see her. There were a few times earlier in her stay where there were a few issues (for example, a broken bed) but eventually they were dealt with. Additionally I must add since my mom has been allocated a room for herself it's been a better experience for her than when she was sharing with another resident.

They treat my grandparents like prisoners and say everyone is sick that’s why they’re there. They’re elderly not sick My grandparents also complain about the food on a daily basis and from what I’ve seen when I’m there it’s not very appealing so I don’t blame them.

It is indeed a GOLDEN door. Felt so good there. Helpful staff, lovely residents and environmnet.
