My experience as a BScRN MEd. Has seriously been challenged in 2 visits. Do the care givers identify themselves and their roles? Does anyone listen to a fully COGNIZANT 93yo? Where do the clothes disappear too? Whilst other PATIENTS continue to roam and invade privacy in someone else's room? Does staff do hourly ✔️ ✔️ not experienced that in my 2+ hour visits? No doctor on 24hr call for consultation? Pain management and vital signs not available for care aid, or supervisory staff to recall or produce????Phone enquiry not returned for >24hrs, are you kidding me? Oh, call back in 45min I'm on my break..ok 4 hours later no response. A colleague of my professional association, years ago had her mother in HABILITATION? SHE WAS IN tears after each visit. She was a physician . Float on air bed, skin care, regular turning and meal assistance..unbelievably poor or non existent.. in my humble opinion. My professional opinion is AVOID this place. Thanks for your attention in advance. I'll be there tomorrow so..administrator's take NOTE.

I would never recommend this Facility. Horrific. Side note, Fraser health sent us there for respite. Such a disgrace. The surveillance cameras do not even work , but they won’t tell you that. It’s a free for all. When I had to remove my mom from their facility she was clothed in torn oversized pants and worn out filthy men’s runners. Almost all of her belongings were stolen. She was not taken care of, in fact they failed her beyond what I can share here. This facility needs to be looked into.

Seems like a nice facility and wanted to arrange a tour. Was told that tours are only given on Fridays at 2pm. You are also grouped with others that want a tour, so the tour isn't targeted solely to your interests and needs. Might consider rethinking this approach for personalized service, similar to other care facility. We visited on a Sunday afternoon, took a look around from the front desk, wide hallways, nice court yard, but there was no a soul wandering about. Kind of spooky, thought there would be more residents and/or visitors wandering or socializing.
