My Mom has been there a month. I'm very happy with her care so far. She is very happy. Staff are great. My grandmother was there in 98 and glad to see they are back to that care. Couldn't be happier.

I would like to thank all the staff and team members for the amazing care that was given to our friend Trish while she was living at the Villa. The kindness and compassion that the staff showed to her and to us and the thoughtfulness that was given her in her final days was amazing. We were constantly included in her care and were given frequent updates on any changes that were happening. Thank you to Dr Chu for his ongoing support and care. All of the staff from every department were exceptionally kind and caring, especially all of the second floor .

It has been a long and emotional year for our family, but I want to take a moment to recognize the kindness and compassion we have experienced from many of the staff at Grace Villa. When our dad first arrived, he was unsettled and disappointed to be entering long-term care. Like many families, this transition was difficult and filled with uncertainty. Over time, however, he has adjusted well, grown more independent, and found comfort in his surroundings — something we know would not have been possible without the incredible support of the team around him. The first floor staff in particular, have shown genuine care, patience, and warmth in the way they support residents each day. Their smiles, reassuring words, and willingness to go the extra mile do not go unnoticed. Knowing that there are people who truly care about the comfort and dignity of our loved ones brings a sense of comfort during a very difficult time. Over time, many of you have become more than caregivers — you have become part of our extended family. The comfort, dignity, laughter, and reassurance you bring each day means more than words can express. A heartfelt thank you to Donna, Sheila, Candy, Connie, Phillip, Ewa, Scott, Ben, Innocent, Julianna, Daniel, Christina, Chez, Lacey, Maria, Juliette, Dawn Marie, Meow, Cammie, Kim, Russell, Christina, Kirsten, Michelle, Twinkle, and Philipa.
