I would love to share photos, but I prefer to keep the residents’ faces private. I do want to take a moment to compliment the staff at Grandview. Mom has been there for almost a year now, and the transition was handled with such compassion. The team has made a consistent effort to communicate clearly and always reassures us that no question is a silly one. There have been a few bumps along the way, which is natural, but everyone has been invested in making this the best possible experience for my mother. There is ongoing communication about how to continue improving her care and support. She is making friends, participating in activities, and trying new things. Most importantly, when I see her, she is smiling. I feel confident knowing she is safe and well cared for.

We were invited to attend an Open House at Grandview to promote our Senior bus tours. We were treated like one of the family. At Grandview residents seem so happy and love where they are living, so many things to do. The residents we talk to can’t say enough nice things about living at Grandview. The staff are wonderful and the food and drink were delicious and the building is immaculate and welcoming. Looking forward to our next trip with the residents.

I feel at ease knowing Mom is in a safe and caring environment. The staff are attentive and kind. The move in process was smooth because of the staff . They were aware of the necessary details for my Mom 's care. Also, the meals are healthy and well balanced. There are many opportunities for activities that makes Grandview living pleasurable.
