This was one of the worst places I've ever lived. Fire alarms go off at least once a month. Seniors residence so one time an old lady was stuck in her power wheelchair at the top of the stairs when the fire alarms came on and nobody came to check on her. I only saw her after the situation was cleared and we were returning to our units. Poor woman was frightened and confused sitting in the stairwell by herself. Power outages once a month. Had an ant problem and silverfish proble. 2 months after moving in, construction started 5 feet away and the noise was enough to make the entire room shake. All the staff over at the senior residence side are rude and puts blame on strata, strata blames them back. Strata is absolute garbage and doesn't give a damn about anyone. They refused to change our door buzzer to my phone when we moved in without a fee, which is ridiculous. Elevator is always under maintenance or needs fixing and they don't give anyone a heads up either so we were locked out for a day. Sewer leakage into the parkade. Parkade door is always broken. They fixed it once but ended up disabling everyone's key fobs, then demanded everyone to pay to have their fobs reprogrammed when it was their fault for disabling it in the first place. Parkade is 80% empty yet they enforce parking rules like thats their only job. Our poor landlord had to deal with all of their bullshit. Couldn't take it anymore and moved out earlier this year. Do not even think about coming here.

My father stayed at this place for one year and had 2 hip surgeries , poor communication and management overall. One Star is for the decoration !

This facility started off with a lot of promise, however, many of those have been broken. People bought into this facility with contracts that stated there would be full services available to seniors living in the facility under the ownership model in the contracts. New ownership / management has broken these contracts and seniors are now living in this facility without all of the safeguards stipulated in their sales contracts. Very disappointed in the direction of the new ownership & Management.
