We recently moved a family member into Hazelton Place. Jesicca who guided us through the intake and move was extremely helpful and always available to answer our questions and concerns. Throughout the move, staff was welcoming and attentive, not only to our father, but to the entire family. With all the attention, the community feeling, the beautiful surroundings and the delicious food available, he has settled quickly and comfortably into this new phase of life. It is a comfort to know that as his needs become greater, Hazelton can continue to offer the health and support services he will need.

My mother was always very independent and reluctant to move to Hazelton Place because she "didn't need help". However, after visiting the Residence, she agreed to move into a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in 2021. She quickly made friends and started to enjoy participating in many of the activities including current events' discussions, concerts and exercise classes. Overall, my mother and I were very happy with our decision to move to Hazelton and very grateful to the Hazelton team for their devoted and dedicated support and assistance as my mother's needs increased over the last few years.

It was a big change for us as my husband and I moved to Hazelton Place from Montreal to be closer to our family. Our suite is just beautiful as we brought our own furniture which made it very homely. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The food is very good, the chef trying to accommodate to the needs of the many food demands. I would definitely recommend Hazelton Place to others who are looking for retirement homes.
