Love this place, love the people thats works there. They take care of my grandma and they are wonderful with her. She loves all the activities and all the events they do. Great job.

Used to have good food, diverse activities. Now management/owner is more concerned with spending $ on esthetics. Meals of all fried foods and other unhealthy options are the mainstay now. “Chef” is more like fast food cook.

Staff is excellent, facilities are clean, food is honestly really good. My grandmother has been here over a year now and we are very impressed. I still don't know how the staff remember everyone's names (even the students!) but it warms my heart. Covid protocols have been effective without being too restrictive, which is appreciated. Medical care has also been fantastic, with paramedical services available in-house at no additional cost. The location is easily accessible but also nicely tucked away, with views of the nicely maintained independent living homes on one side, and gorgeous flora and fauna on the other. If your loved ones can afford this level of retirement living, I highly recommend Heritage Place.
