So grateful for the ladies who came in to see my mom. They were more like family to us and mom would perk up whenever they came in to to see her. Thank to all who who took good care of her.

We were absolutely pleased and delighted to have the services of Hero Home Care. The Hero home care team really delivered not just on the home care but the companion portion as well. We felt that our family member was in great hands and safe. We appreciated the sincerity and thoughtfulness that the care givers exhibited. It's difficult when you are out of province but comforting to know that your family member is being well taken care of. We appreciated the follow up and communication. I would highly recommend you invest in their services. They are our Heros!!!

I have been very happy with the care my brother has received from your caretivers. I feel they have made a huge difference in improving the quality of his life as he was in a sad state after his wife passed last March 13 and I had to go back to my home in Alberta and leave him in your care. His main caregiver , Liz, and the others have been patient and kind and he calls them his "ladies" and he misses them when they are not there. They have done a good job keeping him comfortable and well fed. He does have a son in Chilliwack who was also traumatized by his mom's passing and who is now doing more for his dad. I have been impressed with Erin Tangco. She has been a person who I have put my trust into and she has not disappointed. She has addressed all concerns we have run across these last months and handled them promptly and effectively. I don't know how my brother would have gotten along without the help of Hero Home Care. You are my Heros. Thank you, Martha (Mueller) Draffin
