The service we received from Home Case Assistance of Victoria for our 95 year old mom that just came home from the hospital was amazing. The care provider was kind, loving, attentive and very careful with our very weak mother. They tended to her every need from incontinence, to feeding, to bathing and providing comfort. Without Home Care Assistance we could not have brought mom home from the hospital where she was able to spend her final days at home to pass in her own bed. What a gift Home Care Assistance was to our family.

Home Care Assistance has been working with my elderly parents for over a year. Both parents are living with different health issues that can arise as one gets older. I can honestly say the care given and the pride taken in their work by the entire team is beyond reproach. As your parents get older and need help with daily tasks I highly recommend getting in touch with Home Care Assistance to find out all of the many things that they can do to enhance the lives of the people they work with and ease the minds of worried family members, whether they live close or in different cities. I am not sure where we would be now without their help, but I am glad that I do not have to find out since we have such a dedicated and caring team on the job every day. Thankyou!

During COVID 19, our family was able to bring my mother home to her house to live out her final weeks in the care and presence of family. Home Care Assistance of Victoria was the key to providing the essential care - competent & compassionate - in order that we mirror an acute care ward of a hospital . Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we are filled with gratitude for Lutgarda Mariano and her team especially Vilma, who assisted with all the details of my mother's care. Thanks to Winnie for her prayers and songs and poems. Thank you to Rebecca for her wisdom. Highly recommend this team.
