I selected Home Care Assistance Winnipeg (HCAW) to provide me with short term care for several reasons: I was connected immediately with a staff person and not a voice mailbox; my post hospital anticipated needs were understood and preliminary provisions for those needs were made but changes could be accommodated; and, I was provided with the name and contact information of my Case Manager, Deborah. She was able to activate my individualized care plan on very short notice and adapted implementation and services as necessary. I think the quality of professional calibre service provided by both management and field staff of HCAW exceeded expectations and contribute significantly to achieving my recovery goals. Highly recommended.
