I had a terrible experience with this agency, primarily due to the owner, Judy Richards. Her communication style is abrasive, dictatorial, downright disrespectful and unprofessional.I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency altogether. Actually, I didn't respond to her calls because I needed time to consider whether to accept the job offer. The position was only for 6 hours, and Judy's excessive calling and talking was overwhelming. I didn't feel obligated to answer her calls or send sms immediately, as it wasn't my responsibility.

Complete waste of time waiting for her..rejects your call all the time and it’s always will call you back later but she will never..I have decided not to wait for her for a placement..one friend recommended about her and for a good family I hoped for a best for myself which I waited like for more than a month to go through her placement.. big mistake .. wasn’t the right place for me…unprofessional I would say!! Here I go with Nannies On call.. my dream agency that I have always wanted to go with ..if I get a placement or not I don’t care, the treatment was equal with them not biased.
