As a certified personal support worker and caregiver with home instead I can say that I take pride in working with this company! all of my clients have had great things to say about home instead and their caregivers, some have even went as far to share some unfortunate circumstances and “horror stories” about other home care companies and state how content they are after choosing home instead, which only furthers my belief that home Instead is one of the better options to consider for home care. The ladies in the office work hard to ensure everyone is happy, both caregivers and clients, which I can imagine isn’t always the easiest at times. Aliza Dundas is amazing to work alongside! She always goes above and beyond for the families we work with and she always shows up to shifts to check in and ensure the care plans are being followed to satisfaction and ensures client and caregiver safety. The service coordinators are always lovely to speak to and make themselves available for both client and caregivers, they do the absolute best to work within schedules and preferences and are there whenever there is a concern or updates. This company is very conscientious and dedicated to providing the best care and companionship, they actually do the work to match you with caregivers that are fit to your needs and preferences instead of just sending someone out. In the time I have been working with home instead I have found that the caregiver-to-client relationships are, more often than not, like family than any other home care company. I am happy to be a caregiver and have the same bond with my clients and their families. I have a thousand more reasons why I believe home instead is the best. I would 100% recommend home instead to any family’s looking around for home care services and to any personal support workers looking to find a job with a home care company where you feel like family in the company and with your clients. they truly make the difference.

We had two amazing Caregivers . I can't speak highly enough of Ella and Sandeep they went out of their way to accommodate us My husband is now going into Long Term Care so Home Instead is zno longer required. Thank you to all involved with us

In the past few years, we have had many support workers come into our home to help us, and I have to say that, by far, Yetunde has been the best person who could have been sent to care for my husband. He is very difficult to engage as he deals with his dementia, but she has brought him to the point where he actively engages with her whenever she comes and misses her when she is gone. Her care along with her beautiful smile make her a wonderful addition to our care team. The understanding she shows both of us is fabulous. Thank you!
