We hired Home Instead to take care of my 90 year older mother-in-law. She needed some assistance with cooking, bathing and basic wellness checks. They paired her with caregiver Lou Ann who has helped tremendously with her care. My mother-in-law greatly enjoys her company and always talks about the wonderful homecooked and healthy meals Lou Ann prepares. Home Instead has allowed her to stay in her apartment while giving us the peace of mind that she is regularly cared for. Lou Ann keeps a journal at her apartment about all visits and readily points out any areas of concerns. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would recommend to anyone looking for in home care.

I have had a fantastic experience with Home Instead helping to look after my parents. Valerie is the best thing that could have happened for them and for me. She is helpful, in so many ways. Their home is now well looked after, my father is in a routine now for taking his meds, both my parents are eating good meals consistently, my father is well dressed and most importantly both my parents and I have great trust in Valerie as she looks after both their physical and emotional needs.

We've been using Home Instead for a few months to care for my mother with Parkinson's while my father has been battling some health issues. We have been so fortunate to have Ranju as our PSW - she has connected so well with my mother and been so incredibly caring while also being incredibly effective with the help she provides. Our whole family is so glad to be working with Home Instead and Ranju, I definitely recommend them.
