From the moment I decided to contact this company to assist with my Uncle's well-being, I felt that I was going to be taken care of, and they went above and beyond my expectations. Diana listened to my situation and understood what my family needed, and we agreed upon a plan for PSW support that was a blessing for my uncle as it helped restore his confidence and well-being. Thank you to Diana and the PSW Alma for giving me peace of mind for my uncle's care. I will not hesitate to avail in services again should the need arise.

Many thanks to Home Instead East for the kind, patient and highly competent PSWs that assisted me after complications from a hip replacement. Not only could I relax, rest and be cared for, but also be encouraged with the exercises set out for me by the physios. We also went together to appointments at the hospital that also really helped.
