Excellent senior's dementia home care experience for my spouse and myself. From Katerina, the HCP Case Manager, Sabrina, administrative staff, to the actual Home Care providers, Thea and Virginiah, wonderful, understanding, and flexible team to deal with. Cannot thank them enough for all their help and support over the last couple of years. I highly recommend Home Care Professionals to anyone requiring their services.

My mother lives in a long-term care facility. They came and cut her nails which has resulted in an infection on her big toe that still continues after 3 months. Apparently, my mother is not the only patient that had this happen at her facility. I will never use this company again.
