Many thanks to Zuzan, Sonia and their team of care/scheduling managers and staff who supported our Mom in her transition back from the hospital to home. A special thanks to the main night caregiver Agatha who provided many nights of support to both our Mom and Dad in all areas. The InCasa team are caring and professional, and we would certainly utilize their caregiving services again if needed.

We are truly grateful for the care my mother receives from the caregivers. * Their Communication is top-notch.The staff I have dealt with, Suzanne, Sonia, Michelle, Emily, Halima are kind, knowledgeable & professional. And special thanks to Shay who has consistently fulfilled all my requests with exemplary service. Thank you again, and to all the rest of the staff and the caregivers.

i have been with a few homecare agency's around edmonton for my mom. but incasa was undoubtably the best and easiest to work with. Owners and staff are super kind, understanding and accommodating. caregivers that came to the house were wonderful and very gentle. 5⭐️ definitely recommend to anyone in need of homecare.👍
