I am a client and been in use of their services for almost 15 years. I am very grateful the help is there as my illness is a progressive. A daily support worker is like another family member walking through my doors. I could not thank the staff as words cannot express my gratitude

What I have witnessed over the course of a decade, is an organizational shift from outward vision to a reactionary and protective focus. They Almost everything ILWR does is done is aimed at safeguarding the agency from liability and to safeguard it's own self-interest. (froaccountability m their web site) they say that their values include: accountability. respect. empowerment. responsiveness. and collaboration However, in practice, ILWR is only "loosely" tied to these. They have a few attendants who provide exceptional care. But they those few are the exception, not the norm.
