My father is a resident of the home on Royal York Rd, and I am extremely happy and grateful for the quality of care, service, and professionalism provided by the staff. Given that my father suffers from severe dementia, it was very important to me that he feels comfortable, safe, and truly at home. The Ukrainian-speaking staff and authentic Ukrainian home-cooked meals are a huge reason why I gladly drive 30 km to visit my dad there. Knowing he can communicate in his own language and enjoy familiar food brings our family great comfort and peace of mind.

I’ve had such a meaningful experience spending time at Ivan Franko Senior Homes. Being part of Bingo days and having conversations with residents has been incredibly special, and you can really feel how much care goes into creating a warm and welcoming environment. The team is kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of the residents. It’s clear that the leadership, including Natalia, values compassion and respect in everything they do. I’m grateful for the time I’ve spent here and the positive atmosphere that makes this community so special.
