We went to see my brother-in-law on Saturday. He was in the common room, his shorts pulled down so you could see his genitals. He smelled of urine. I tried to pull his front up to hide him a little from everyone's view, but no attendant came to help me. I took him back to his room. There was nothing there anymore; the floor was sticky with urine, it smelled terrible, his beard was unkempt, and his hair was filthy. I've tried twice to reach Catherine Gagnon for answers and haven't received a call back. If this isn't resolved, I'm going to file a complaint.

My mother ended her life at the CHSLD de Cap-Rouge 3rd. The family was delighted with the services offered to our mother. The 3rd is bright with a beautiful cafeteria and common lounge. Each wing has an outdoor balcony for those who cannot go outside. The staff is very kind and very courteous.
