Poor management. Manager always smoking and talking but never do any work or changes in the facility to make it better. Uses her power a lot and wrong way, they should re-evaluate her, staff or tenants don’t agree with what she does all the time.

Used to be a decent building. Went from independent living to care facility style living courtesy of the government and local health authority catering to the wrong crowd. Tough now for seniors and disabled veterans who are in need of affordable housing in this building.

Probably the best subsidized housing facility in the Eastside. Minimal interference from staff, decent laundry facilities, and large, spacious full fledged apartments with enclosed patios. It doesn't get any better
