LeeAnne and Jason have been providing care for our mother for a couple of years now. Our mother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, so consistency is key to providing help. Karly has been just that. Our mother feels very comfortable with Karly and talks to me about her frequently. Being able to read Karly’s care notes has been super helpful to find out in real time how my Mom is doing from day to day. Karly has even taken Mom out to appointments or just outtings for the afternoon. LeeAnne and her team have been consistently great with Mom’s changing needs. I highly recommend Just Like Family Home Care for anyone in southern Ontario looking for a caring, compassionate company to help with their loved one.

My mother was palliative and after doing round-the-clock shifts, our family needed to call in extra help. Just Like Family was there for us and swiftly assigned a caregiver. We were hesitant but the moment Karly, our caregiver, arrived, we immediately took note of how extremely skilled, empathetic and genuine she was. We were comforted by this and will be forever appreciative of her compassion.

I was reluctant to try another homecare agency after some really bad experiences, but I'm so glad I did. Everyone at Just Like Family have been kind, compassionate, supportive, and caring above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I can't recommend them enough! Truly next level service and the name is spot on cause they do treat us Just Like Family.
