Our family appreciates the in-home care support provided by Just Like Family. The office staff has been supportive, professional, and timely when organizing services, creating plans and responding to questions and changing needs. The in-home staff has been kind and thoughtful.

My family is so grateful for all the support and advice we’ve received from Lisa and her Just Like Family Richmond team. My father’s dementia came on quicker than we expected, and we needed extra support to take care of him. They were able to set up a support plan that suited our needs within a week of the first consultation. Jessica, our care provider, is amazing with my father and he always looks forward to the days they spend together. They are so compassionate and knowledgeable!
