The admin & care staff at Just Like Family were true to their name! We used their services for about 6 weeks , for over night, 12 hour shifts to stay with our loved one & they were very attentive to his needs and care. Going out of their way to ensure he was safe & comfortable. Highly recommend.

Had a really bad experience with this company I had them for cleaning after being in a car accident the lady was very unprofessional and rude when she speaks to clients in their home. She also dropped my $900 Dyson vacuum and left the cleaners upstairs in the bathroom and didn’t bring them back down stairs to be put away safely. As I have an 8 year old in my home and could have got to the cleaners and make him really sick. I would never recommend this company for cleaning your home. I contacted someone at the office about what had happened and was told the manager was going to contact me and no one ever did to rectify what had happened please be aware if I had an option of giving 0 stars i would have from my experience Ps response to the owner I never did get an email on November 22nd and I did actually request a phone call from a manager. I was told by the dispatcher that an manager was going to call me and I sent pictures of the damage on my vacuum and no one responded Thanks

I would like to share my views on the wonderful company Just Like Family. Their caretaker, Noami was excellent. My mother has demencia, some days worse than others and Noami was excellent with her. Very caring and over the top with preparing meals and cleaning. She would talk to her and cheer her up when she was down. She would encourage her when she wasn't feeling well. I really appreciated everything Noami did for my mom. Shannon from the Just Like Family company is also great. She interviewed my mom. She told me what to expect, answered all my questions and found that Noami would be the best match for my mom. There may be advertising about other companies but I would not hesitate referring Noami and Just Like Family for your family member. ps. Mom is moving to a care facility otherwise she would still be served by Just Like Family.
